I'm JuJu and I will guide you through my beginner-friendly online pilates program.
I am originally from New Zealand where I discovered my love for dance and performing. My passion for movement brought me to Sydney to learn, teach, hula hoop and dance.
After introducing Pilates as part of my dance training in 2014, I experienced first hand its transformative benefits in both my strength and conditioning. I was also learning how to hula hoop so it made perfect sense that the two forms of training go together.
As a certified pilates teacher, professional dancer and hula hoop performer, I bring to this program a passion to create a strong foundation in your body that will support other forms of movement in your life.
My training includes STOTT Pilates Reformer, STOTT Pilates Mat, Barre Attack and Myofascial Release.
I've been teaching pilates in Sydney and online since 2014.

WHAT'S THE PROGRAM?

The workouts are divided into 5-7 minute lessons working your abs, booty, upper body and full body spinal flow.
You can take it as slowly and easily as you like, practising each 20 minute workout or each 5-7 minute lesson separately, OR you can fully go for it with the full 60 minute workout, all in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
With sustained practice, you will build up strength and stability in your muscles that will support your posture and overall feeling in your body.
