Folded down in a box thanks to our revolutionary new metal joiner and flexi but strong recycled tubing. We ship our hoops in boxes to meet postal shipping size requirements and to protect your hula hoop.

When you unbox your hoop and unfold it from its coil, it will need some time to remember its natural circular shape. But with usage and warmth, you'd barely know it had been in a box!

The hula hoop is made from recycled thermoset plastic. If you have received your hula hoop in a cold climate, it may take a little longer to soften and shape.

Here’s 3 ways to spin your hoop back into great hooping shape:

1. Spin it - the momentum of the spin helps reshape the hoop.
   
2. Warmth - leave your hoop in a warm room or in the sun, ideally laying flat.
   
3. Gently push it into shape with hands on either side of the hoop resting on the floor.

If you want it to, yes. All of our hula hoops can be coiled down for travel.

Yes, with our Fitness and Dance hoops but not with our LED hoop. The joiners on the fitness hoop are quite strongly connected to protect the hoop. They are mid-strength on dance hoops. The best way to fold your hoop down and open it up is the twist and fold method. Here's a video to show you how.

That’s entirely up to you - both are possible. The benefits of keeping your hoop at full size once you’ve initially uncoiled it is that it maintains its natural circular shape better than when it's stored folded down. But a folded down hoop takes up a lot less space at home or when travelling, and the plastic has great memory with usage and warm conditions, so the choice is yours.
